Thanks for all the help.

I logged in today to check my final answers, and it showed a message that the form was updated since my last login, and it needs my attension. But it is not showing me which section is updated and needs attention. Any suggestion how to find out? Look through the whole application
I am think to restart a fresh form again, it should not be hard, lots of copy/paste only.
You may start afresh if going through doesn't

Hello
I am applying for ILR, relying on cash savings.

I consolidated the funds into the bank account at 15/5/2024. The statement was issued on 31/5.

Do I need to wait until 30/11 to apply? I am eligible for application on the 24th. I was thinking to request an off-cycle statement on the 20th.

Will it be acceptable even though I did not accumulate 6 months worth of statements?

Then you need to wait until 15/11/2024 before applying. Any statement covering the 6 months can be used, there is no requirement that you need 6 individual statements

Thanks for all the replies, my application is coming up in a few days and need your last few advices please ..

For the bills and cohabitation documents, the scan or download have many pages 5-7 pages in pdf. Can I delete all pages except the first? The first page usually have our names and address.

The pages usually have numbers (for example page 2 of 5) and I am afraid if I delete all pages, it will show that I deleted pages.

Hello,
For cash saving evidence, I have 3 questions please:

1- can I submit a statement from 1-June to today? It is about 10 days short of 6 months

2- how earlier can the statement be issued? If my bio is 5/12 for example?

3- another account: my bank issued me a statement from 1/5 to today. It has both our names, account numbers, their official log, etc. The title is Statement of Account. It looks good, but it does not look like the usual statment I usually get in my inbox periodically. Is this OK?

I also pulled my passport out to check the exact dates: I got an entry stamp on my spouse visa on 21/12/2019.

SO that means 23/11 is the earliest date I can submit my application and pay the fees online?

Theoretically speaking, after I submit my bio, and hopefully get my ILR approved, I can apply for citizenship the following? Does this mean I may do my bio again in a few days/weeks? Can they re-use?

1. No. You need to cover at least 6 months and the last statement must be within 28 days of the date of your application.
2. Your biometrics date is totally irrelevant
3. Any bank statement can be used

You need to focus on the date of possible ILR decision: Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision

Biometrics are NOT going to be reused for other applications :!:

Thank you Zimba

I just logged in my eVisa and read through it. All information is correct, except when it says "if you have NIN, it will show on your profile". I do have NIN and I checked my FLR-M back in 2022 and it was on my application, but it is not showing here. IS this something to worry about?

What is the relevance of eVisa here ? Your ILR has nothing to do with the eVisa system

TLS Help please

Post by waleed205 » Sat Nov 23, 2024 6:42 pm

Hello,

I booked my appointment next week, and paid 50 for assisted services and 60 for prime time. I received an email confirmation with date and time at 8:30 AM.

1- I uploaded all documents. When do I need to click submit? Since I paid for assisted service, can I leave it unsubmitted and let the staff submit for me?
I only selected the assisted service since they had the exact date I wanted.

2- When I login, it says appointment booked (invalid date at 8:30 am). The date is not there. When I scroll down, it says assisted service and prime time (booked & paid)
Is this something to worry about? I can print the email message with the correct data and time.

1. Actual submission happens on the day of the appointment. So if you submit it online I believe you can no longer add stuff online. The staff can add more on the day and submit it
2. Follow as per the confirmation email

Thanks Zimba

It says if you click submit, you can not edit or delete the submitted documents. However, you can add more document if needed. I recall someone here in the blog had issues with adding documents afterwards.

When I login UKVISA, there is a note that if you are booking an appointment in Croyodon from 25/11 onwards, choose Ruskin Square Croyodon. Is this TLS or that if you required to visit Home Office ?

My appointment is tomorrow 25/11 in Croyodon and TLS lists Lansdowne. I just don't to go to the wrong office.

TLS upload app is not working. Is it usually Sunday update? or I cannot upload the day before the appointment?

My appointment is tomorrow and I have not finished uploading all documents.

This is so frustrating, and I am getting paranoid

TLScontact is a third party, I cannot help with a third-party system issues. Any remaining upload can be done on the day of the appointment

Just an update: I attended the bio today at TLS. Extremely polite and helpful staff. But documents which were not clicked "submit" did not make it and their upload site was down. Many ladies and gentlemen had the same issue, and everyone managed it differently. Smooth process after that.

TLS upload s, site tarted working after my appointment. After several complains, staff acknowledged it is a global problem with thier system.

They manually uploaded documents and submitted.

Now on TLS site, it shows appointment attended, but file not transferred to HO. Also I can see the documents that I previously uploaded, but not showing submitted. Should I click Submit Now? Or since I paid for the assistance that mean they submitted on their internal systems?

Any how, feel free to ask any questions, will be glad to help.

all moderators and members,

Thank you all for your help and patience, it worked, I got the email.

One interesting thing, it does not seem that we need to return the BRPs. Has anyone else got the same message?

The email says
"If you have a BRP from a previous grant of permission

If you have a BRP from a previous grant of permission, keep your expired BRP as it may help with future applications to stay in the UK. You may also want it for your personal records."

All BRPs will be useless in a months time, so no point in returning any of them
