I think Solihull is the best PEO. You are made comfortable,no rush, and staff is very helpful

One suggestion..make photocopies of all the documents.

Congratulations for your ILR.

Can you post what does your ILR approval letter exactly says?

I received mine one day before you and the letter doesnot specifically mention wording to the effect that "your ILR is approved from (date)", it just says that you will receive BRP in post within 7 days.
That's all.

Update:
FYI, here is the content from my approval letter.

(UKBA PEO Information with Case ID, Date of Application etc.)

Dear XXX

Re: Mr XXX, Country Name & Date of Birth

I am returning the enclosed passport(s) and other documents which you provided in support of
your application. A Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) will be sent to you and your dependant(s)
under separate cover. You should receive your permit(s) within 7 worlung days. However, if you
do not receive the perrnit(s) within 10 working days of the date of this letter, please e-mail
BRPDeliverv@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk providing your full name, date of birth, nationality, case
reference number and contact telephone number.

Alternatively, these details can be sent by post to:
Freepost RRYX-GLYU-GXHZ
Returns Unit
P.O. Box 163
Bristol BS20 1AB

Please note that on delivery the courier will require proof of identity and a signature to
confirm receipt of the package.

You are advised not to make anv travel arranpements until vou have received your
Biometric Residence Permit.

The Biometric Residence Permit is a card which holds your biographic and biometric
information and shows your immigration status and entitlements while you remain in the United
Kingdom. The card replaces the vignette (or sticker) and ink stamps previously placed in the
passports of those granted permission to remain in the United Kingdom. A leaflet would
accompany the card which would give you more information about it.

On receipt of the permit you must check it carefully to make sure that all details on it are
correct. If you find a mistake, please e-mail BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk within 10
working days of receiving the permit providing your full name, date of birth, nationality,
case reference number, contact telephone number and exact details of what is wrong
with the BRP.
Alternatively, these details can be sent by post to:
Freepost RRYX-GLYU-GXHZ
Returns Unit
P.O. Box 163
Bristol BS20 1AB

For some case types a leaflet may be enclosed giving details of the conditions of stay. If a leaflet
is not available for your particular application, or you need more information, please visit our
website at www.ukba.homeoffice,eov.uk.

Yours sincerely,
Namr of Approving officer and signature

Hi apsaps,

Last 3 pages are not addressed to anybody. They are general.

As we said the letter addressed to us didn't have no mention of ILR.

I think that is how it is.....nothing to worry about..

take care

Hi

Mine was self employed as sole trader..

He asked me for

12 invoices ( he went slightly in detail of that which was ok with me)
12 business bank statements
Company accounts
Accountant letter
National Insurance Contribution Proof ( This is important )

LIUK for me and wife
Cohab docs

I made photocopies of all the documents in the separate folder with each pocket nicely stickered..So two folders one original and one with photocopies in the same order..He complimented about how organised I was..

I had 3rd folder in the bag with previous tax returns and P60 etc. ( last 4 years )which were not needed

Please be confident..as somebody senior suggested on this forum, 'Nobody can present your case better than you'

Please let me know if you need any other information.

take care
