Passport Interview failure rate

Found this fairly interesting:

So for all those that are worried about the interview and if they've failed etc there should be some solace that only 5 people failed in the 18 months since Jan 2010

That just shows its a waste of time and does not do anything

It is not a waste of time, fraudsters are weeded out before the interview.
