Appeal Implementation Unit and RC Under EEA2 Application

Hi Everyone,
We made EEA 2 application in july 2011. It was refused we appealed and it was allowed. UKBA appealed to Upper Tribunal and it was heard on 03 may 2012. Judge dismissed UKBA appeal and decision was out on 25 may 12.

I now understand UKBA is not appealing further and I have been told that it may take up to 8 weeks by liverpool office to issue RC. I really have to make urgent travel and want to expedidate this proces.

Does anyone know/has been through similar situation please help me to make this process quick?

What passport do you travel on?
Have you called them to ask for expedited processing?

Yes I have spoken with Liverpool office and sent them judge determination letter as well. I will phone Liverpool office again on Monday to find out.

Is 8 weeks time span standrad time to process RC after appeal?

What else Can I do to expedite it?

call the tribunal and ask for advice on how to enforce their judgement. This is the only way I can think of so that the UKBA have a court order giving them an X amount of days to comply with their judgement.

how long take time appeal and how much did you pay for appeal that was oral appeal or paper appeal plz give me advice i am sending appeal tomorrow
