12 month period of previous earnings

Hi All,

A friend of mine wants to use 12 months period from 01/08/11 to 31/07/12 for 12 consecutive month of earning. Is it fair to say that it is well within the rules to apply on 28/09/12 considering 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months. Many thanks for your advise!!!

Any consecutive 12 month period between 29-Jun-11 to 28-Sep-12 is fine to make use of.
