I have eea2 residence permit that issued on 02/02/2010 as my partner is European. However it is going to be 10 years for me on July/2012 , as i was in student visa before.

Would anybody please advise me .......

If i want to apply for permanent residence permit(ILR) after July,, What application form should I use?

or can I use premium service which is same day service from HO?

and also do ineed to use bio metric?

This question should be moved to the ILR section of the forum as it is not EEA related.

I might be wrong here (not very familiar with non EU applications) but I believe it should be on form SET(O). I think you can only apply by post and you will need to provide biometrics for the ILR BRP.
