Post ILR Appointment Booking - Confusing Instructions

Dear Members,

I have just now booked ILR Appointment for 6th August.

In the appointment check list mentioned after filling up all details, it says:

** Print and sign the official form and bring it to your appointment. To do this, click Continue below. **

After clicking continue button it is showing View, Reschedule and Cancel Buttons, but there is no Official Form.

What is this official form? Where can I find it?

Please kindly advice. Thanks a lot in advance.

I know, its confusing. The form is actually on the applying section of ILR. Just print it from there.

I have booked the appointment for 6th August & I got email from UKBA with the checklist

1. Bring a printout of this page or your confirmation email.
2. Bring your completed application.

So you just need to take print out of the confirmation email & Fill/Sign the application form.
