I am Tier 2 visa holder and wish to change my employer. is there any web site which have job post only specific to sponsor ship?

I understand what you are saying but it would be discriminatory to advertise jobs on the basis that the applicant was not settled in the UK.

The best you can hope for is to look at the register of T2 sponsors and then target those companies.
