New Rule 18600 Annual Salary Rule for Suppose visa

I have really important question regarding new suppose visa requirement of 18600 annual incomes. I am post study work visa holder. I would like to ask does this rule apply on PSW (Post study work visa) holders as well or only applicable for British Citizens. Do I need to have 18600 pound annual income if I want to sponsor my wife?

Not for PSW and tier 4

The new rule only valid for someone who settles permanently not valid for temporary settlement as in your case you have only a temporary visa.
