20 years living in usa

Hi,

I been living 20 years in USA and worked they too.

I have apply for citizenship but lawyer was jail for doing something wrong where usa refuse to see my papers they said because my lawyer was bad.

I'm living in pakistan now.

Can I apply for green card in usa. Please let me know if I can. If yes please let me know where I can get the forms to apply for this.
