EEA2 applicant no COA yet and want to study in scotalnd

Hi all,

I applied for EEA2 (application received by UKBA on 19.06.2012) as my EU wife is working part time here and soon to be a full time student in sept.

I want to do my postgraduate in coming sept/oct .. i dont have COA thus i cant proof anything to the uni's .. anyone did something similar before? what i know and read around the internet is that i am eligible for EU fees and it should be pretty straightforward ... but cant see how .. scotalnd is different than england when it comes to education, so i assume the process would be a bit different and should be easier.
