Please i need an advise on section 1.32 of form mn1
which ask mothers town and country of birth
as i am now british
what should i fill for my son ?

can i fill the original town and country of birt i am from e.g ghana

Ofcourse just becouse you are now british national does not change where you born!!!

section 3 of form mn1 please clarify.

please advise me on section 3 of form mn1 for my son.

am i british by descent/ or otherwise by descent

i was naturalised after 5 yrs + 1 yr under eea national in august.


i dont think this section applys to me or please advise me.

If you apply under BNA section 1(3) or 3(1), section 3 of the form is not required.

but please have you heard where they refused registration of a minor just because the father did not signed consent i cant find the father. as of now. to sign and i want to apply for my son. -----
