BRP is posted via DX secure courier. ONLY the person named on the BRP can receive it.
If you know it has been sent and don't have a reference number, you can still try and find out it they have it.
1. Call them on 08443710000. The automated voice will keep asking for the tracking number but if you stay on then eventually it will ask you to press * to connect you to a representative. Give them your name and address and they might help you track it.
2. e-mail
tracking@securemail.co.uk with full name, address, Post Code and who the sender of the item is (UKBA)
