help for visitor visa

have a friend from turkey who recently applied for visitor visa to canada,, but was denied, because they said he may not return,, he has a job in turkey and that is where his family is located,, and he was coming for xmas holidays to canada,, is there a way that decision can be changed,, does anyone know.??

may be an invitation from ur side mentioning purpose etc will help.

The visa officer does not find your friend's socio-economic ties to Turkey strong enough to compel him to return home. The decision is unlikely to to change unless these ties improve - read obtain a better/ more stable long term employment with improved/increased income, obtain assets, have a spouse/children etc since this will motivate you to shorten your stay in Canada as a bona fide visitor. If your friend meets the criteria he may want to consider the skilled worker class.
