EEA2 - Evidence for durable relationship

Hello

I will be sending out my EEA2 application in a few days for an EU Residence Card.

I am from US here on a Tier 1 and my fiance is an EU (non UK) citizen also residing in England. We've lived together for the past 2 yrs.

Can someone please verify what kind of documentation would be needed to prove our durable relationship?
