EEA Nationals and their rights- The new Changes from July'12

Post by pinkpanter » Mon Oct 15, 2012 11:54 am

I found a very interesting article below which state that EEA and their family member's right can be cancelled now.

Perhaps the most worrying feature of the Regulations is the new Regulation 20A, which gives the Secretary of State the power to ‘cancel’ someone’s right to reside in circumstances where the authorities are unable to refuse or withdraw residence documentation.

Please can anyone advice how these new EEA regulation amendments affects EEA and their family members after 16th July 2012?
