Hello All,

i have just registered myself to this forum as i find this very useful.
Kindly go thru my case,i honestly need intellectual answers.

so itz like this i have an indian passport,got a schengen(italy)visit visa valid from nov 26th 2006 until 2nd jan 2007 multiple entry 20 days(each time).So i entered germany(my sis lives ) on nov 30th stayed there until 19th.I flew to malta on 19th(which is not a schengen state) and came back on 23rd to germany again.I flew from frankfurt on 2nd jan 2007 to india and was stopped by immigration officers saying malta is not considered as out of schengen states blah blah blah they took sevaral signatures of mine ,took finger prints(i panicked) and i m now in india.

PPL wud u kindly let me know did i do a mistake? is not travelling to malta going out of schengen?????
