when you call them they give you 1 and 2 options which is 1 is my option as i am non eu citizen applied for PR but when click it is never work...
pls some help

But option 2 is for british naturalization and eu citizen

I managed to contact one who just say write letter and update case what bloody is mean and they don't know say straights away yes is here refused or approved
