Tier2 posted three months ago, no reply

Hi,
I hope I will get an answer to my problem.
I am on tier 2 visa, I applied for extension last January. My extension is for the same job and the same employer. I sent my application in the middle of January and received a letter a week after about receiving my application. I have been contacting the homeoffice about when it will be processed and about the progress the only answer I get is wait.

Another thing to mention is my last extension will expire on the first of may this year ( if that could be tre Eason why they A&E not replying. The reason I applied earlier is that I was planning to travel in April time so that I do not have a problem coming back.

Your help is much appreciated.

I want to extend halfway through with another 15 months validity. No answer so far...

Hi there
U cannot apply 3 months from cos daye and can't apply more than three months before ur visa expiry date.
I can't say why the delay but it's been 11 months which is a long wait , did you ve ur biometrics?
Did u change address in the interim?
Ask ur sponsor to check the status of cos if it has been used?

I would approach ur local mp to push for the application.
