applied oci on 18th april,
online status on 7th June is - UNDER-PROCESS ON
Do you have any idea how long it will take for next step. I am not sure of photos. they were not of 51x51 specification. I posted normal passport photos.
what status it will show next on online enquiry form.will they send e-mail etc to let me know if photos not up to mark?

Hi

Looks like your photos are incompatable, please follow the below FAQ instruction on HCI website

13.The status of my OCI document in the online status enquiry is 'Granted' and but has not been printed even after a week. What is the problem?

This means that the photograph uploaded could not be printed in Delhi. To rectify this, please take a copy of the status report and paste a fresh photograph (51x51mm with 80% coverage of face) on the left hand below the status report copy & sign (thumb impression in case of infants) on the right hand side opposite to the photo and submit it at token counter of High Commission or send by post. This will be scanned and uploaded again. This process is likely to take a further period of up to two weeks and the progress can be watched through status enquiry

No need, u only need to do that if status shiws granted and 10 ddays later no printing statu[/b][/i]

No , wait fir aanother 15 days until status shows granted and then wait for 10 days to show status as printed

The formula is after granted if there is no printing status for 15 days, then sonething wrong with photo

may i suggest we just stick to timelines onto this thread and use the other generic OCI thread (in the sticky) for discussions?
