OCI Query

Hi All,

I applied for OCI in-person at HCI London on 22nd March and got the acknowledgement receipt right away. However online tracking displayed “Registration status at mission: Not yet acknowledged” until 4th April. It’s now changed to “UnderProcess”.

1) Is it normal that status could be “Not yet acknowledged” for 12 days after submitting the application in-person? Or they had just lost the track of my application somehow, and rediscovered the application now?

2) How long does it generally take for application to move from “UnderProcess” state to “Granted” state at OCI London?

Typically takes 4-5 weeks if you have submitted personally at London
