The Reason that they ask to mention Money Disposable in the UK is as it is difficult to transfer money from some countries because of certain restrictions.
If I were you, I would appeal and if not successful would put in a fresh application.

Appeal would not help you as you did not follow UKBA's Policy Guidance.

They have given a letter format in Policy Guidance.

If bank letter did not mention that funds are freely transferable and disposable in UK then you will waste time in appeal.

Points are allocated as below:

Funds available to you: 25 points
Funds are disposable in UK: 25 points
Funds are held in a Regulated Financial Institution: 25 Points
Maintenance Funds: 10 Points
English Language: 10 Points

The only option for you is to send fresh application with correct documentation.

@la

Would you please stop asking unrelated question in a thread which has nothing to help the member who started this thread.

What are you trying conclude by asking when exactly in Oct he applied his visa? How your question will help him solve his refusal.

In almost every thread you have asked every forum member 1000 of questions, and almost everybody has hesitated to reply your dozens of totally unrelated questions.

Please be concise and to the point.

hi,
applied on 8 oct 2012
bio metric 19 oct 2012
new rules letter 20 March 2013
refusal letter 4 april 2013
.....
they mentioned reason of refusal is bank letter does not mention third party phone number and details, etc etc.
and they did not gave points on english language....
....
but as i submitted papers which described all details which they mentioned in refusal and at application time i attached my transcript coz i was waiting for award degree ceremony.
they gave me appeal right...
i think they need glasses for applicant's applications.

Answer lies in ur question. If u go 50k now it will clearly depict that u dont qualify the required 50k provisions. So it will definitly torture ur case coz u hve to be at graduate level occupation which u r nt and so many other requirements
