What's the correct name format on BRP card?

I and my wife received our BRP cards today after my second leg of T1G has been approved. I am confused about how our names appear on the card.

My name appears as First Middle Last. My wife's name appears as Last First. She has no middle name. I reckon both format cannot be correct at the same time, one must be wrong. Shall I contact BRPError? Which one should I send back to them?

My BRP card reads:

NAME
"Last"
"First Middle"

But then again, it's worth mentioning my passport reads:

SURNAME
"Last"
GIVEN NAMES
"First Middle"

which goes to say the name in BRP is/should be as in the passport

It should be in this Format:

Surname
First Name and Middle Name

Your wife's name appears to be correct. Yours is in-correct in my opinion.

Often, It is based upon the name format in your Passport.
