Help with eea2 payslip problems

Help with eea2 payslip problems

Hello,

I just got married yesterday. I need to do this EEA2 visa. There is a problem about my partner's payslips. For the last month, he was sacked from work because of some reason, so obviously he didn't have the payslip for last month. Is that gonna be a big issue that affect the eea2 card? Please help me!

Has he got another job? On what basis are you stating that he is exercising his treaty rights?

If your EEA national partner has been made redundant and prior to this he/she has worked for 1 year and presently registered with JOBcenter as jobseeker then EEA national will still a worker.

sheraz7 - do you know if the rules are different depending on why employment ceased? (I only ask because the OP said the husband had been 'sacked', which would be different to being made redundant).

If you read the answer again carefully then see that OP has not been given any specific advice except a generic overview of the worker's concept because OP's query is still incomplete as how long EEA national worked and whether his/her dismissal was legitimate.

Read which answer again? If you mean your response, you have mentioned being made 'redundant' - which is very different to being 'sacked'. I understand that the OP hasn't given specific detail, however I'm asking you, as you seem to know, how the Home Office would view someone being sacked over someone who has been made redundant. If you don't understand my question, let me know, and I'll try to explain it for you.

Many thanks for granting this opportunity for asking clarification but i will certainly not proceed until the original OP's query will not be clarified. But precisely If an EEA national who has been employed for certain time usually one or more year and if he/she sacked/dismissed/expelled/redundant not because of its own fault and he/she register with jobcenter then he is still worker.
