BC AN form help.

Post by rajesh2012 » Tue Apr 30, 2013 10:38 pm

Hi.

I need some information for my friends BC application.

My friend has already got Permanat resident card (in march2012) and now he is applying for Naturalization.

I just want to know does he have to fill section 2.4 or leave it blank (EEA nationals exercising EC Treaty Rights) in AN application form because as he already got his PR?

He applied PR as a separated family member of an a eea national (father).

thanks for help

If you have got a PR card you can skip those questions.
