When we can apply for Passport

Hi is there any time limit to apply for Passport , if the person is working aborad can he apply from passport from Abroad

Moreover can we go and work aboard after applying from Citizenship through local council , is there any restriction that you must have to stay in the country till you get your certification

For instance if the peson apply for cert in August and than go and work abroad can than come back for a week to get the certificate.

There is no time limit and requirement to ever apply for passport.

You can, but keep in mind that once you get approval, you will have to book ceremony and attend the ceremony within 3 months of approval letter. You actually do no become a British Citizen until you attend the ceremony.

You have already asked the same thing in 2) and you know the answer now.
