ILR for spouse and children

Post by zahid.ali.anwar » Mon Jun 24, 2013 1:59 pm

Hi,

The main applicant was given entry clearance on 17 Apr 2009 under Tier 1 General, and the dependent Spouse and Children were given Entry Clearance on 10 Aug 2012.

Will the dependent Spouse and Children be eligible to apply for ILR with main applicant on 17 Apr 2014 OR they have to wait for another five years from the date of their Entry Clearance. Someone told me that since they got the entry clearance after 9 July 2012, so they have to wait for 5 years. Please clarify.

Thanks,
The question is... to be or not to be....
