Parents Tourist visa query

Hi,

I am calling my parents on tourist via.

My visa status at moment is ILR.

I applied for cizitenship and have got the approval letter.

ceremony is pending.. can i still call my parents on ILR.

In the invtation letter i have mentioned that ILR Status +
cizitenship approved and ceremony pending.

do i need to wait for the BC passport or i can still call them for viist visa
