can I get residency through the LMO

How long LMO permit duration we can get and I heard it's for
Two years and after I can apply for residency is is true please guide me

And I found about LMO on this site there's two kinds of lmo skills works and semi skills or unskilled and only lmo skills allows two brings spouse and family right?
Ok but could you please elaborate what is skills works and unskilled work or semi skills
I'm gonna have lmo on kfc is it skilled unskilled or semi skilled job
And one more thing is it lmo multi entry visa ?

LMO's are generally valid for two years, time during which you might apply for PR thru various routes.

Moreover, it all depends what your duties will be at KFC. Surprisingly enough, some positions are considered skilled. Ask your potential employer if they have done this in the past, and what type of LMO was issued.

Once you have obtained a positive LMO, then you apply for a entry visa (Temporary Resident), then if approved you flight to Canada and your work permit will be issued upon entry.
