TLS asked for more documents?

The TLS contact centre for visa in london has asked me for more documents, relating to a french tourist visa application.

The problem is they didnt tell me who or how to send it. Should i just email it to them?

I applied for 3 days and got 3 YEARS!! How nice is that?
