HELP!! Is B.Com (English MEdium) Equal to A1 level?

Hi

Can any one please tell me (For UK Spouse Entery Clearence) if Bachelor of Commerce Degree in English Medium from Karachi University Pakistan would full fill home office level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages?

People who already applied may (must) know if I apply to UK NARRIC for Elglish language comparision would it be equal ?
