Format of letter from educational institution

Hi,

I could not find any post relating to format of the letter from education institution overseas to prove the it was taught in english medium to meet one of the KOLL (Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK) requirements who don't have UK degree.

could somebody please advise if there is any specific format for this letter.

Usually any universities will have a standard format of reference, especially used for students going abroad for higher studies... so if you ask them for such a reference they will do it in their standard format which also includes a statement or declaration that says 'Medium of Instruction is English' and that should be sufficient...
