Urgent help is needed!!

Hi experts,

One of my friends wife is not well and NHS has given a wrtten letter saying that its not advisable to travel right now. They are actually planned to travel to India on Tuesday 29th Oct) and their Tier2 ICT is going to expire on Wednesday (30th Oct). How to get visa extension on the 'Medical emergency' basis?

Your help is needed very urgently
