Congrats..

Could you please clarify the below points, it would be great..
(I will be going on 15th Nov 2013 for my dependents/kids)

Have you submitted tax year 2012/2013 (pay slips Apr 2012 to Mar 2013)
or payslips Nov 2012 to Nov2013 ?

Degree certificate/Degree taught in English
In addition, do we need to get NARIC letter as well?

thanks

Congratulations for your ILR ( all 5 years Tier 1).

I am due my ILR in Jan but I have few questions if you could please help :

1) Was your NARIC certificate statement of comparability or English language assessment?

2) I have a certificate for my university saying my graduation was in English, but I will claim points for my master degree in the qualifications section. Will it be ok if I give NARIC certificate for my graduation degree and claim points for my masters?

3) All my absences are less than 180, max is 140 days. Did you gave any employer letter or any other reason for absence if it was less than 180 days?

I submitted for Oct 2012 to Sep 2013.( period which was claimed for earnings. not for tax year )

For NARIC I gave NARIC comparability letter along with degree and letter from university.

--Comparability letter

-- I also claimed Masters for qualification ( I selected option of document provided in previous tier 1) & bachelors for English assessment

3) All my absences are less than 180, max is 140 days. Did you gave any employer letter or any other reason for absence if it was less than 180 days?
---I didn't provide any employer letter. But my total absence was less than 100 days. worth checking with expert in this forum if you have longer absences.

Previous Earning Query

Post by sumit99 » Fri Nov 01, 2013 9:03 am

Hi,

I have a query on section 9 in the Set (O) form, where the previous earnings are to be listed with the source of income.

Is this pay the annual pay before tax or the sum of the 12 months monthly salary for the period the points are claimed.

Please can someone who filled this clarify for me please?

Thanks,
Sumit

@sumit99 .. its a sum before tax of 12 month period from
the 15 months immediately before the application date and prove it by 2 different ways eg, payslips and bank statements

Congratulations for your ILR.

Do we need to show any funds in bank for the last 90 days?

Yes there is maintenance requirement for funds...I am not sure how much ( 900 or something)? I had enough funds in bank
