Last name changed during Naturalization. OCI.

I am applying for OCI has the following case.

My wife has her maiden name in her India Passport. Same was carry forward on the British Citizen certificate.

Now My wife name is changed in the British Passport.

Is anyone has gone with same process. So while applying for OCI what documents are needed for the last name change.

If last name is changed due to marriage, please submit copy of marriage certificate.

if then , self signed deed poll will suffice

Thanks, yes last name is changed because of marriage. If you have Can you please provide sample for deed poll.

had the same situation.
got the BP with the last name changed.
While applying for OCI - supplied the copy of marriage certificate.
Online status shows that the OCI is granted and on its way.

Didn't have to provide a DEED poll though.
