FLR M REQUIREMNTS

Can anyone give us the full detail of documents required for FLR(m) application. Is Settle person has to send original passport and ILR card with spouse application or a photocopy should be enough? Thanks

Also in this link you will see that since the 28th October a photocopy of the settled (sponsor's) passport will be accepted.
