ILR dependent Visa

Post by Naqwi » Sun Dec 08, 2013 12:08 am

Hi,
I have got ILR (on 10 years), before I was on Tier 1 General visa that will expire on Nov 2014, my wife still on same visa as a dependent since July 2010 and our visa were extended in Nov 2012.
I am bit confused to select form for wife visa, do I select SET (O / M). Look forward to hear from you.
Thanks
Syed

If she received FLR(M) on Feb 2014 and has been your dependant since 2010, then she may apply for SET(M) now under the two years route.
