Dependent Age Limit

i have got Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.
i am going to get marry next month, on the time of Marriage in Pakistan, my dependent age will be 17 years.
somebody told me if she will apply Dependent Visa, with UK rules and Regulation the minimum age limit is 18 years.
so actually i want to know what is the age limit of Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent Visa?
