Permanent Resident Dependants

Hi,

Need to apply for dependants for my child and wife.
I have got ILR/PR visa. Now i need to fill in online application from India.

what category I should apply for..

for wife --> settlement -> settlement - wife?
for child--> settlement -> settlement - child or other dependant?

or do i need to apply this under work visa & dependant PBS category

these categories seems confusing when you read the documentation

All I need to know is what type of visa form to use for my wife and 1 year son, as mentioned above I currently hold ILR.

Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?

do we need to consider - company sponsored visas?

Company was sponsor, not the visa applicant. Applicant is the person who applies.

I am in the same situation of yours.
Can you please let me know if you have applied under the settlement or Work visa?
