question on Passport application

Hi, for 1st passport after naturalisation:

1- do you need to fill section 4 ?

2- Do you need to pay to get the SMS update?

3- Can you use same refree you have already used for Naturalisation applications?

2.Yes All the charges are on the Pack whcih you get from PO.
3.Yes
