Query about wife's ILR

Hello,

This query is for my wife's eligibility for ILR. (I was granted ILR on Feb 2013)

My wife entered as Tier 1 Dep on Oct, 2010 and was in the UK till Nov, 2012 after which she had to go to India for delivery. Her visa was valid till Mar, 2013.
She applied for entry clearance again and has got the entry clearance valid from Dec,2013.

Could you please help me with the query below:

> Can she apply for ILR after coming to the UK (in 3-4 months) Or will she have to wait for 5 years to apply for ILR (in which case she will have to travel soon so that she is not delaying her entry into the UK beyond 3 months)?
