Total time it took after appeal was allowed!

Hello,
My brother got his visa and passport yesterday. He won his appeal 12 weeks before from today! So anyone waiting for his visa after appeal has been approved then he/she needs to wait for minimum 12 weeks and then contact UKBA. They should notify you.

that is good news a pending case got concluded however there is not no minimum or the maximum time for every one waiting(allowed appeals or decision withdrawn) for the next updates on their cases. some of them have had their cases dealt with within 3 weeks while some of those waiting for 6 months since appeal allowed.

No its not 12 weeks! My appeal was allowed on 16th December 2013 and I got my BRP on 14th January 2014.

Appeal allowed in November and still waiting

Appeal allowed to limited extent ( Direction for HO to make a new lawful decission) on 5th of December 2013.
Appeal fee refunded on 10th of January 2014

After that no response yet.

Appeal remitted... Sent back to HO for reconsideration. BUT

JUDGE PUT HIS REMARKS IN DETERMINATIOM THAT:

"I WAS TEMPTED ORDER ISSUANCE OF VISA BUT IN FAIR BALANCE FOR BOTH PARTIES I REMIT THE CASE TO HO FOR RECONSIDERATION. APPELANT BEEN DEALT POORLY. I DONT SEE WHY HO CANT SOLVE THIS ALL ISSUE IN 4 WEEKS TIME."

Now anyone know about this before?

Did judge wrote this in anyone else determination.?

Judge saying solve this in 4 weeks time. Judge normally dont mention time frame right.?

May be because my case is from 2012.
