Consecutive 15 months pay cycle

Post by ranajagandeep » Wed Jan 15, 2014 8:02 pm

Hi Forum Members

Please could you update me on 15 months consecutive pay cycle.

Scenario:

A person works from Dec 13 to Sep 14 and fulfil his pay bracket, but can he apply for ILR in Mar 15, which would obviously have gap of 5 months but will that come under 15 months consecutive pay cycle. Will he be safe ?

I would really appreciate your thoughts.

Many Thanks,
J.

Hello Rana,

No is the Positive answer. Your application should be made by 14 December ie 3 months after your income cycle ends on 14 September.

It will work.. however you need to be aware that 15 months starts from the day of application...

83.
Additionally, we will not consider
evidence of earnings from a period outside
the 15 months immediately before the
application, except when you are claiming a
period of absence for maternity or adoption-
related absence.
84.
You do not have to be in continuous or
full-time employment during the 12 months
being assessed.
85.
You may claim for a period of earnings
of less than 12 months if you have earned
sufficient funds to claim the necessary points.

Base on these rules I think It should work. Please senior correct me if I am wrong.
