My appeal was allowed in July 2013, fee refunded September 2013 , documents received Jan 2014! Hang in there ... I do know that a few people on here got their documents in 3 weeks though.. but that was not my experience.

Hi. But I still haven't heard anything from Homeoffice whether they agreed with judge decision after 2 weeks.
Any idea how long?

My refusal reasons were missing my signature on 3rd party declaration and Missing clients contact details in my business contracts.

And my rep argued with home office about flexibility policy and mine error was a minor mistake and they should contact me to ask more details if missing these minor mistake.

Hope that helps.
