Query on MN1 Form

Hi,

I am bit confused under what section does my Daughter fall under.
Me and my wife both on ILR and also my Daughter who is 2 years old is also on ILR, Born in UK. We all are applying for Registration at the same time. So what section should we mention for my Daughter, is it Section 1(3)?

Please Advise.

Registration for Child and Naturalisation for Adults.

Child is entitled to register as BC under section 1(3). It wasn't necessary to apply for your child's ILR.

Thanks CR001, yes it was not necessary, but we had to travel to home country and didnt had enough time.
