10 Year Long leave clarification

Hi

Are those who came after 2006 into UK qualify for ILR under 10 years long leave?

I heard from someone that those who came after 2006 like in 2007,2008, onwards will not get ILR under 10 years long residence. I can not find any source for this on internet.

Please give your inputs on this.
