Residence Query for AN form

Hi,

To Prove the 5 years Residency, if I produce the 5 P60's excluding 2013-14 year, as its still not available, should that be fine?
Or should I need to produce Pay slips for year 2013-14?

Please Advise.

You don't prove residency through payslips. You prove it through having residency in the UK over the past 5 years - see page 4 and 5: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... let_an.pdf

Thanks for the Response Just Wondering, I am just trying to provide more proofs for the 5 years Residency requirement and I have read on the Forum most of them provide Payslips and for some of them the Payslips have been asked specifically, hence my query if I need to carry Payslips for year 2013-14, as P60 is still available and I have got P60's from 2007 till 2013, will that suffice?

As advised, you do not prove residency using payslips, you need to show your residency permit stamps on your passport ( work permit, T1, T2, HSMP..... etc) for 5 years and 1 yr ILR (Biometric Residency Permit).
