Naturalisation questions

Hello all
There is a 12 months period when u want to be naturalised after have been issuing ILR. Does anyone know about the discretion of free immigration restriction time?

Legacy case:
--lodged further leave to remain in October 2008 before previous DL expire
--among legacy case in 2009 comfirmed by HO
--waited more than 5 years to get outcome
--ILR issued in December 2013.

Yes there is discretion and you may be able to apply now, you ought to be successful. B1 English and LIUK required.

I've got ESOL Level 1 & National diploma in business certificates (level 2& level 2), hope they may help .

Have a look at the approved tests (click) and make sure you meet B1 level. You also need LIUK without both you'll be rejected.
