Finally Finally Appeal Allowed Tier 1 Ent

Finally Finally Appeal Allowed Tier 1 Ent

Dear All,

By the Grace of Almighty Allah our appeal is allowed today ...... no letter received but Tribunal confirm over the phone that both myself and my team member appeal is allowed and judgement was sent via post to our solicitor only.

Spoke to solicitor and nothing is been received by solicitors yet so hopefully by tomorrow he will receive and will share the details.

Now have to wait another 5 days to see if HO challenge in Upper Tribunal.

Yes u was right abt it but some people did get the letter and so did there representative but i guess evry court, judge and admin staff is differnet whn it comes ro sending letters out

Congratulation rehan01 really good news man my appeal is allowed too and judge ordered them to offer my fee back £140.
i hope everything goes smooth from now on.
