got visa in 18days

i got my visa .timeline as follow:
applied : 28 jan 2014
received :29 jan 2014
fees deducted :4 feb 2014
biometric received with 8 weeks letter: 6 feb 2014
biometric given:7feb 2014
visa received with doc & brp card : 25 feb 2014
nature of business design consultacy. all funds in uk .

Yes certainly you can use your brother statement as a third party. When you are planning to submit your application?

My advise to you do not play dots in dark. Make sure you do your documentation properly & professionally. Our last 3 visa's been granted in 15 to 19 days. feel free to ask .

the documents i submitted are
bank statement of £ 50,000 in personal account(£38,00 from last 1 year)
maintenance fund
notary letter from my father ( send 12 lakh from india into my account)
A letter from charted acc of investment of £18,000
business plan
bank account
advertisement (business card, leaflet, yell,website printout, office signboard pic, )
office lease documents
2 contracts
all the transaction records from my account

i alreadt invest £18000 into my business.
buy office space on lease, office renovation etc.
